ABOUT

Jenny is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor and former Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. She has had a long-standing passion for both mental and physical health. Jenny takes a holistic approach to psychotherapy, integrating the body and the environment into managing mental health symptoms.

"People are shaped by their experiences, relationships, thoughts and beliefs. Understanding what and who influences them is what gives them the option to make desired changes stick. However, many also need coping skills because the past will always be there, bringing people out of the present. As a clinician, by lending you my hope, patience, curiosity and compassion, I create that space where you feel safe enough to get to know yourself, and tolerate yourself, and can move forward with more ease."
